ADAMS Athletes Guide

Athlete Whereabouts Training Video for ADAMS

Please follow these instructions to download the training video:

1. Click on the link below
2. Click Save
3. Save the zipped file on your local hard drive
4. Once Saved, open the Zipped file
5. Click on Extract
6. Choose where to Extract the files, a new folder would be preferable
7. Once Extracted you will have two files in the folder: Athlete Whereabouts Training.htm and Athlete Whereabouts Training.swf
8. Double click on the '.htm' file to play the video. It will launch in your default web browser.
