The opening International Canoe Federation Canoe Sprint World Cup of the season in Szeged, Hungary, will be televised around the globe this weekend.
The ICF is working with a growing collection of broadcast partners to air the event in countries located in Asia, Europe, Oceania and Pan America.
Races will be broadcast on TV stations in Brazil, People’s Republic of China, Czechia, France, Hungary, New Zealand and Poland.
In addition, ICF’s World Feed broadcast will be streamed around the globe on the Planet Canoe YouTube channel, available to signed-up members.
The ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup will run from May 10 to 12 when paddlers will seek to get their seasons off to flying starts.
