WISH Program

The Women in Sport High-Performance pathway programme supports female coaches to succeed in elite sport, with the goal to increase the number of female elite sports coaches, in particular the percentage represented at the Olympic Games. Read more here

ASOIF course

The “Women Lead Sports” online course is aimed at empowering potential female leaders to serve in elective positions of their respective International Federation (IF), Continental Association or National Federation (NF), thereby increasing the number of women in leadership positions across the Olympic Movement.

The participants receive training to advance their leadership skills by developing self-awareness of their leadership style, progressing in their communication and negotiation skills, learning to lead in male-dominated environments and much more. They also receive individual advice and coaching. Read more here

The ICF has been supporting the development of women in leadership positions through attendance at the ASOIF Women in Leadership course. The women's commission / diversity and inclusion commission nominated the following attendees, in conjunction with the Continental Associations. Their participation has been supported by ASOIF and the ICF to attend this course.
