All national federations attending must complete the registration form. Each national federation can have a maximum of three attendees, of which one can vote. If there are three attendees from the same federation, at least one much be of each gender. Any additional attendees from a federation outside this limit must be registered as "observer" and will not sit at the national federation table. 

Anyone not associated with a national federation can still register as an observer, to attend the Congress and the 100-year anniversary dinner.

Registrations close Tuesday 8 October 2024. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

Any proxy votes must also be notified in writing to congress@canoeicf.sport by Tuesday 8 October 2024.

To be eligible to vote, federations must have paid their 2024 ICF membership fees and all outstanding debts by 90 days prior to the Congress, as per the ICF statutes. The deadline for payments to be received is Friday 9 August 2024.

Voting will be completed by personal smartphone or computer though a dedicated portal for the Congress. Login and password details will be provided to the voting delegate from each national federation in the week of the Congress.

Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be provided during the Congress at the time specified on the agenda. Buffet lunch will be available daily from 12:30 - 14:00. Dinner will be available from 18:30 - 21:00.

All Congress attendees are invited to attend the ICF Centenary Dinner, to be held on Saturday 9 November from 18:30 in the Perge Hall. Please indicate your attendance on the registration form. There will not be any additional cost to attend the dinner.

If you require a visa invitation letter, please select the appropriate box on the registration / accommodation booking form. The required letter will be sent to you. Please ensure you request your visa well in advance of the Congress to ensure sufficient processing time. The ICF and the Turkish Canoe Federation cannot assist any further or obtain visas for national federations if the application is not submitted in sufficient time.

As per the ICF statutes, interpretation is available in the official languages of the ICF: English, French, German, Spanish and Russian.

In the interest of minimising cost and complexity in the organisation of the Congress for the hosts, the ICF only wishes to provide interpretation in the languages required by the attendees. Therefore, if you require live interpretation throughout the Congress in one of the aforementioned languages, please notify congress@canoeicf.sport to ensure that appropriate plans can be put in place.
