Honorary Presidents and Members

The International Canoe Federation awards Honorary Presidents and Honorary Members to personnel in the canoeing community who have contributed considerably to develop, support and promote the sport globally. Since 2018, the minimum requirement is 12 years of service to the ICF. Other personnel who have contributed significantly to canoeing, including within their own country, can be awarded an order of merit or ICF medal.
