My older Brothers where in to it and my Dad was a former Wildwater paddler.
I had no talent for football and it seemed to be nicer to be out on the water.
And I am still thinking it is the place to be.

TRAINING REGIME
I train almost every day. Normally 2-4 Sessions a day. Beside of a lot of
Paddling and Gym I like Swimming, Cross Country Skiing and Running. Most of the
year I train my endurance and I am always looking forward to the speed sessions
in Summer.
