BIOGRAPHY
After missing out on a K1 medal at Tokyo 2020, where he finished fourth, Oschmautz quickly returned to the podium. The junior world champion will contest the K1 and kayak cross and will be reaching France after winning a K1 team silver at the European Championships this year. He also won kayak cross silver at the European Games last year.

I began canoe at age nine at the Soca river in Slovenia.
REASON FOR TAKING UP THE SPORT
I started canoeing because of the enjoyment of my father for this sport and I keep doing it because of this obsession which catched me right after the first session.
