When and where did you begin this sport?
He began paddling in the third grade of primary school. He quit the sport for a period before taking it up again at the Pieniny Szczawnica sports club in Poland three years later.
Why this sport?
"I love how canoeing is an individual sport. During practice I would have a lot of fun with my friends, but once I was on the starting line it was just me, my canoe and the course. It was fascinating."
