Halifax, Canada is ready to stage the International Canoe Federation Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint World Championships. 

Races will take place from July 1 to 5 with the next generation of Canoe Sprint talent poised to star on Canadian waters.

642 – athletes will take to the Canadian course. 

54 – countries will participate at the World Championships. 

188 – races will be contested over five days of competition. 

3 – is the number of junior world titles won by Canada’s Isabel Lowry at last year’s edition in Montemor-o-Velho.
