Entries:

According to ICF Canoe Slalom rules, in article 44.3.1, each national federation can enter up to 5

boats per event. However 4 boats must have qualified via the ICF Ranking of the previous season.

By October 1^st the year preceding the ICF competitions, the Canoe Slalom committee will

publish the ICF Ranking along the qualified quotas for each national federation for the following

year’s World Cup competitions.

Numerical entries: closed.

Nominal entries must be received 14 days prior to the first day of competition of each respective

World Cup according to article 44.3.2 in ICF Canoe Slalom rules.

Nominal entries must be processed via SDP software (https://icf.msl.es/icf/main.jsp).

All nominations sent after 20^th May 2016 will have to be accepted by the Chairman of Canoe Slalom

committee (Jean-Michel PRONO) according to ICF Canoe Slalom rules.

• 18^th April: closing of numerical entries
• 20^th May: closing of nominal entries
• From Monday 30^th May to Thursday 2^nd June 2016: official training
• Thursday 2^nd: Team leader meeting
• Thursday 2^nd: Opening Ceremony
• Friday 3^rd: Competition day 1
• Saturday 4^th: Competition day 2
• Saturday 4^th: Kayak Cross
• Sunday 5^th: Competition day 3
• Sunday 5^th: Kayak Cross
• Sunday 5^th: Closing Ceremony

Entry fee and Services:

Entry fee: 

• Competitors, team leaders, team staff members: € 105.00
• NF guests: € 20.00 per person (access to VIP area on weekend allowed)
• NF President, General Secretary, ITO (according to list edited by ICF): free

Participation fee includes course canal use from 30^th May to 2^nd June and Wi-Fi in Canoe Stadium area. Accommodation is not included.

Restaurant Service is available on the venue for lunch, on reservation (€ 15 per person).

The payment of participation fees is to be done only by bank transfer before the arrival in Ivrea.

• Warm-up area: upperstream before the start line, gates are provided both in flat water and whitewater; cool-down area downstream after the finish line.
