Athletes who are included in the ICF Registered Testing Pool (RTP) are obliged to file their Whereabouts until they are informed that they are removed from the Testing Pool, which can be requested from the athlete only in case he retires. This means if the athlete wants to take a break from training and/or competition and does not want to file his/her Whereabouts for that time period, he/she shall be seen to retire for ICF Anti-Doping purposes.
