2026 ICF WILDWATER CANOEING WORLD CUP 1+2 DUNAREMETE
Development camp
To continue and support the activities of the ICF Wildwater Canoeing Development
Program, the ICF would like to open applications for the upcoming Global Development
Camp that will occur during the following 2026 WILDWATER CANOEING World Cup
races, rounds 1-4:
2026 ICF WILDWATER CANOEING WORLD CUP 1-2, Dunaremete, Hungary
2026 ICF WILDWATER CANOEING WORLD CUP 3-4, Bratislava, Slovakia
The Camp will run from 02-14 June 2026 (inclusive) - 13 days
Local transportation, meals and accommodation will all be provided by ICF
free of charge for the whole duration of the Camp. However, travel
from the home country to Dunaremete, Hungary (plane, train, car, etc) will
not be covered.

The aim of this camp is to support the participation of young and talented athletes who
come from Wildwater Canoeing and/or Whitewater canoeing emerging nations.
There are only a limited number of places available on the Development Camp, so
priority will be given to applications that meet the following criteria (however, we
encourage applications from those who do not meet all these criteria, as they may still
be considered):
A maximum of two athletes per country
If two athletes are from a single country, one should be female and one male
Athletes should be a minimum of 15 years of age
Athletes aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will be
required to supervise the athlete(s)
Athletes should be normally resident in the country they represent and willing to
help develop Wildwater Canoeing in that country in the future.
