Level 3 Coach


The canoe-kayak sprint level 3 online course is designed to train, educate and contribute to the skill development of canoe coaches around the world.

The program's primary focus is to promote and develop excellence in coaching the discipline of canoe-kayak sprint.

This course provides coaches a systematic way to improve their knowledge, skills, and competencies based on theoretical, technical, and practical aspects of high-performance training methods, that gives them the expertise to lead the learning and leadership process of coaches in the discipline.

The content was designed to meet the needs of coaches working with competitive athletes at national level as well as with advanced athletes of elite sport at international level.



Accredited level 3 coaches are recognised by the ICF and can be invited to be a Talent Identification Programme coach, lecturer, and to help the ICF on the sports local development. Furthermore, they can be invited to be part of the ICF Canoe Sprint coaches training body responsible for activities supported by ICF.

Additionally, the ICF can connect level 3 coaches with national federations and continental associations looking for a professional coaches to be part of its team.
