“Development is a cornerstone of the Committee’s vision.  Our strategy centres on increasing participation and developing new skills,” said Terry Best, Chair of the ICF Canoe Freestyle Committee.

As well as the technical aspects, the camp is centred around connection – creating a space where participants from different nations can share experience, build friendships, and strengthen the global freestyle community.

“Beyond introducing paddlers to our exciting sport and imparting new skills, the best part of our camps is the lasting relationships they foster year after year,” said Best.

“These camps have a lasting benefit to our community, and we hope they continue for many more years.”

Millau’s diverse whitewater environment makes it uniquely suited to paddlers of all levels.

“Millau is the perfect place for our camp, with whitewater of different grades, we are able to offer a unique opportunity for paddlers of all abilities.”
