The canoe polo competition at The World Games was held from 28-30 July at the Orbita Swimming Pool in Wroclaw, Poland.

Seven of the top teams in the world of each gender took part in a round robin contest on 28 and 29 July, with semi finals and finals held on Sunday 30 July.
